Position Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for various non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, or providing administrative services. These roles may involve direct customer or vendor interaction, such as directing customers to store departments or merchandise, answering questions on product order status, handling cash management, or ensuring program compliance. These positions are critical in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Individuals must work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers, often with minimal supervision, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong time management skills. They must uphold high integrity, respond effectively to operational concerns, and focus on store-specific business objectives while supporting operational responsibilities.
