Associate Veterinarian

Chestnut Animal Clinic is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our team! Family owned and operated since 1983, our established 2 DVM small animal and exotic practice in Conway Arkansas offers a large variety of services and treats a variety of species.

Located in thriving historic downtown Conway, our full service practice offers a comprehensive suite of in-house diagnostics including the latest AI-assisted analyzers, ultrasound, and digital radiography. DVMs at our practice experience a variety of cases including general medicine, urgent care, surgery, and dentistry in both small animal and exotic patients. Our DVMs enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment with doctors encouraged to consult and take advantage of our digital and on-site references.

Our philosophy is good medicine is the first concern. Veterinarians practicing with us enjoy medical autonomy unburdened by quotas or production requirements. Mentorship and collaboration is a significant part of our practice. We will often treat patients other clinics will refer. A full time on-site management and operations team ensures the doctor’s only concerns are practicing medicine.

We are seeking a professional and compassionate veterinarian with excellent communication skills able to provide our patients and clients with quality evidence-based treatment. An ideal candidate would have experience in general medicine and surgery along with a desire to learn and grow their skillset, however we also welcome new graduates interested in mentorship with our established DVMs. Experience and / or willingness to see exotic patients is a plus, but not a must.

• Base salary starting between $ and $ determined by experience and qualification
• Four day work week with a 3 week rotating Saturday schedule
