Associate Veterinarian

Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced DVM, you'll thrive working alongside two supportive veterinarians with additional expertise in soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, as well as advanced pain management.

Here, every day brings something new - small animals, large animals, and the occasional wildlife case that keeps your schedule both engaging and rewarding.

• Mixed caseload of small animals, large animals, and occasional wildlife. (NB, If you'd prefer small animal only, that's perfectly fine too!)
• Highly skilled and friendly, family-like team
• Chance to collaborate and learn alongside experienced DVMs with advanced surgical skills
• Strong technician support to keep your day running smoothly

• Just 30 hours per week qualifies as full-time (with full benefits!)
• Typically worked over four weekdays only
• Hours fall within 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday
• No weekends, no after-hours, no on-call

• Competitive base salary: $90,000-$130,000 (based on experience)
• $30,000 joining bonus
• 3 weeks PTO + public holidays

• DVM (or equivalent) licensed (or eligible) in Arkansas
• Open to all levels of experience - including new graduates
