Requirements

Experience:

2 years of Telemetry experience preferred

• First-Time Travelers:
Accepted

• Licensure:
Arkansas State RN License or Compact RN License

• Dysrhythmia Test: RNs must pass a basic dysrhythmia exam

Candidate Eligibility

• Local Radius Restriction:
- Candidates must reside 100 miles from the facility (no local candidates)

• Return Staff Policy:
- Former employees must be separated for at least 1 year before returning as travelers

Role Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to telemetry patients

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate documentation per facility standards
