Position Summary
A Realty Project Coach will join our Realty Execution team and take ownership of delivering store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our top‑notch quality standards. The role includes supervising hourly team members, handling escalations, and collaborating with store associates to keep projects on track. - Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
- Experience with leading people, projects, initiatives, or leading cross-functional teams.
Primarily overnights (10–12 hours). Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles is a role requirement, with an expected 80% of the time away from home or 17–21 days at a time. Mileage is reimbursed; overnight stays are paid. Time traveling is not paid.
CompensationAnnual salary range $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of such experience.
- Requires completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments.
- Master’s degree in business or related field.
- 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures; support the company mission, values, and ethics by implementing action plans, supporting the Open‑Door Policy, and providing guidance on business processes.
- Build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress and results, recognize improvement opportunities, and adapt to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
