Arisa Health is seeking candidates for Mental Health Technician positions at Haven, a residential program for girls in Conway, Arkansas.

Conway, AR.

• Provide support and supervision for adolescent girls living in a residential treatment program.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment during daily shifts.
• Assist with daily activities and promote positive behavior and coping skills.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• College students studying psychology or related fields encouraged to apply.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for the majority of the shift, climb stairs, and use computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 21 years old.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills; able to work both independently and within a team.
• Patient, consistent, and flexible in approach.

Wednesday – Sunday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hours per week).

Full‑time, non‑exempt (hourly).
