Arisa Health – Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II (QBHP)

Arisa Health, Arkansas' largest and most comprehensive nonprofit behavioral health provider, is seeking a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider II to work at the Haven Residential facility in Conway. The ideal candidate has experience working with adolescents who have experienced complex trauma. Knowledge of the foster care system is beneficial and strongly preferred.

This position is classified as full‑time, non‑exempt (hourly) and reports to the Program Coordinator.

Work hours:

Monday – Thursday, 11:00 am – 9:30 pm.

Qualifications

Valid Arkansas Driver's License
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, child development, education, or a related field OR High school Diploma with 2–5 years in related field required.
Experience working in a mental health setting
Strong attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to multi‑task in crisis situations is essential
Ability to work as part of a treatment team
