• Spend quality time with clients through meaningful conversations, reading aloud, playing games, or sharing hobbies to combat loneliness and stimulate mental well-being.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide safe transportation and companionship to appointments, social outings, community events, or for errands such as grocery shopping.
• Help clients with meal planning and preparation, and offer cheerful company during meals.
• Help maintain a comfortable living environment with light housekeeping, tidying, and organizing.
• Gently remind clients to take medications according to their prescribed schedules.
• Observe and report any notable changes in clients' demeanor, routines, or well-being to the care team promptly. You'll also accurately document your visits and observations.

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving, either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• Provide a compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team environment.
