Companion Caregiver - Part-Time & PRN Weekend Availability Preferred
Executive Home Care of Conway, AR is hiring Companion Caregivers to provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. This role focuses on social interaction and light household assistance. We offer part-time and PRN positions with flexible scheduling. As client hours increase, full-time opportunities may become available.
Responsibilities- Engage clients in conversation, reading, games, and hobbies
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Assist with light meal planning and preparation
- Perform light housekeeping and organization
- Offer medication reminders
- Encourage participation in activities that promote well‑being
- Observe and report changes in client behavior or health
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in caregiving, volunteering, or supporting elderly individuals preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive hourly wages (based on experience)
