- Client Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain an exceptional experience. Build strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members.
- Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry. Handle account opening, account transfers, and other client requests. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and keep accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently at the direction of an advisor. Handle scheduling appointments, preparing materials for meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives. Streamline processes, update SOPs, and strategically execute branch business plans.
- Technology: Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
