Warehouse and Salesforce Liaison

Position Overview

A.H. Beck is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Sales Operations Associate to support material handling, inventory control, and order preparation.

This role combines physical warehouse work with basic computer and software usage, documentation responsibilities, and occasional customer interaction. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working both outdoors and inside a warehouse environment.

Job Duties:

• Organize, stage, and prepare materials for upcoming orders
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and material organization
• Track inventory using company software
• Enter and update order-related data accurately
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming materials
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal staff when needed
• Support overall warehouse operations
• Handle other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to work overtime and occasional extended hours when needed

Technical & Administrative Expectations

• Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, simple reporting)
• Ability to learn and use company inventory system
• Attention to detail when tracking materials and quantities

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to bend, reach, stand, and move materials throughout the shift

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 8-10 hour shifts
• Monday-Friday with occasional overtime
