Position:Director of Patient Registration, Patient Access, CHAM, TX
Our client, a general acute care hospital, is seeking a strong Director of Patient Access/Patient Registration. A BS degree is preferred, but extensive experience (6+ years) as a Patient Access Director is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
Required skills include strong client relationship management, excellent communication, team leadership, hiring/firing, data analysis for performance improvement, project management, and budget management to ensure profitability.
Must stay current with regulations to ensure compliance, possess extensive knowledge of the revenue cycle, delegate effectively, and handle projects impacting performance with minimal supervision.
