Warehouse Associate

Minimum Requirement

Minimum of 6 months of recent work is required. Connect Staffing is looking to hire seasonal warehouse associates for a leading retail distributor in Conroe, TX.

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Seasonal)

• At least 6 months of recent work in a relevant role.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Proficient with RF scanner.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Prior experience as a warehouse associate or general labor associate is a big plus.

• Perform jobs in various areas of the warehouse, such as shipping, unloading containers, or other positions.
• Check the quantity and quality of items received, verifying them against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate documentation.
• Accurately select items and verify selections.
• Organize and store merchandise in designated locations, update inventory systems, and conduct regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies.
• Pick items from shelves or bins according to order specifications.
• Pack items to prevent damage during transit and ensure orders are accurately processed for shipment.
• Label packages, arrange shipments with logistics providers, and load goods onto trucks in a timely manner.
