Matlab Developer

The client is seeking a highly skilled MATLAB Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MATLAB, experience in plotting data and generating graphs, and the ability to develop and optimize algorithms and applications for our engineering and research teams. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate mathematical models and simulations into high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Algorithms:
  
  Create and refine algorithms using MATLAB to solve specific problems related to drill bits and services.
• Collaborate with Teams:
  
  Work closely with engineering and research teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and Implement Software Solutions:
  
  Develop software based on mathematical models and simulations to enhance product performance.
• Plotting Data and Generating Graphs:
  
  Utilize MATLAB to plot data and generate graphs for analysis and presentation.
• Conduct Unit Testing and Debugging:
  
  Ensure the reliability and performance of the software through rigorous testing and debugging.
• Maintain and Update Codebases:
  
  Keep existing MATLAB codebases and applications up-to-date.
• Documentation:
  
  Document and present work to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay Current:
  
  Keep up with MATLAB best practices and industry trends

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MATLAB:
  
  Strong ability to write and optimize code using MATLAB's language and toolboxes.

Qualifications
