General Job Description

We are hiring a skilled and dependable EPA Certified Residential HVAC Technician to join our team in the North Houston / Conroe area! If you're customer‑focused, enjoy problem‑solving, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team.

You’ll work in a variety of residential environments installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems with an emphasis on excellent service and long‑term customer relationships.

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including:
  • Central A/C units
  • Heat pumps
  • Furnaces
  • Ductless systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
• Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately
• Communicate repair options and pricing clearly to homeowners before work begins
• Educate customers on system usage, filter changes, and basic maintenance
• Ensure all work complies with:
  • Local building codes
  • Safety standards
  • EPA 608 regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, materials used, and time on‑site

• Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on residential HVAC experience (must‑have)
• High school diploma or GED required
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and mobile work order systems
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and kneel/stand for extended periods
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when needed
• Comfortable kneeling, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets, etc.)
• Must be able to work outdoors in Texas heat and changing weather conditions
