Field Services Manager

North Water District Laboratory Services, Inc. (NWDLS) is a reputable environmental laboratory based in Conroe, Texas, with over fifty years of experience delivering high‑quality analysis. The company specializes in testing inorganic and organic constituents in tissue, aqueous, and solid matrices, serving engineering firms, municipalities, schools, government agencies, industrial facilities, and individuals in the Greater Houston area.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Conroe, TX. The Field Services Manager will oversee daily field operations, coordinate sampling and delivery schedules, and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. They will lead and mentor field technicians, collaborate closely with clients to address sampling needs, ensure accurate data collection, and maintain sampling equipment, playing a critical role in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in all field service operations.

• Proven experience in environmental sampling, fieldwork, and knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Strong operational management, scheduling, and team leadership skills
• Proficiency in data collection, reporting methodologies, and analysis tools
• Problem‑solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience handling sampling equipment maintenance and associated fieldwork technologies
• Ability and willingness to work on‑site in Conroe, TX
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field is desired but not required
