This is a full-time, on-site role located in Conroe, TX, for a Marketing & Inside Sales Assistant.

Epcon Industrial Systems is seeking a driven and organized Marketing & Inside Sales Assistant to help expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities.

In this dynamic role, you will:

• initiate conversations with prospective customers
• manage and nurture leads through our CRM system
• collaborate closely with our engineering team to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
