JD Precision Plumbing Services is growing in Conroe, and we’re looking for a driven, consultative Sewer Sales Advisor to join our residential team. This is an opportunity for a plumbing professional who understands sewer systems and wants to turn that expertise into serious earning potential.

If you’re confident presenting solutions, comfortable discussing larger-ticket repairs and replacements, and motivated by performance-based pay, this is the role for you.

Role focuses on diagnosing sewer issues, presenting clear, professional solutions to homeowners, and driving sales with uncapped earning potential.

• Perform sewer camera inspections and system evaluations
• Diagnose sewer line failures, blockages, root intrusion, and pipe deterioration
• Present repair and replacement options (spot repairs, trenchless, full replacements, etc)
• Provide clear pricing and financing options to homeowners
• Educate customers so they can make confident decisions
• Coordinate with installation crews for seamless project execution
• Document inspections, proposals, and customer approvals in Service Titan
• Maintain a professional appearance and company vehicle

• 2+ years of plumbing or sewer experience preferred
• Experience with sewer camera inspections
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable discussing larger repair/replacement investments
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
