Job Description
Tri-Supply is looking for experienced sales professionals for our builder sales team in the Conroe, Texas market. The ideal candidate is well established in the local market, brings a strong network of industry connections to support a rapid start, and has proven experience selling residential home construction products and services directly to builders and their customers.

Responsibilities:
- Providing exemplary customer service
- Educating customers about products/services
- Developing effective sales strategies
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
- Analyzing competitors’ activities
- Cultivating customer relationships
- Conducting Market research
- Negotiating deals with customers
- Maintaining records of sales leads
- Developing prospect list of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face meetings with business owners, email correspondence, networking, telephone communication, etc
- Consistently following up on all bids in a timely manner
- Resolving problems quickly and making smart decisions that drive sales and customer service
- Continually enhancing sales skills and product knowledge including attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks
- Interpreting construction prints and perform take-offs from prints as well as jobsite measuring
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity, results, and customer information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in builder sales
- Millwork, door and window sales experience from lead generation through sale closures.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with discipline
- Ability to perform physical tasks as needed
- MVR, Background and drug screen required
