Meat​/Produce Team Associate

Base Pay Range

$14.00/hr – $27.00/hr

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on scheduling, season, or specific work performed.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and properly ordered throughout the day.

• Stock and rotate product in the Fresh area to ensure items are fully stocked and properly displayed.
• Maintain proper food safety standards, including temperature checks and sanitation.
• Move incoming merchandise from receiving to the sales floor and organize displays daily.
• Support store operations by maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supermarket or food service environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform on‑floor and in‑storage tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
