Job Overview
Retail Associate – Inventory Specialist. Start Wage: $14.50 – $16.50 per hour. Part‑time; flexible hours. On‑hand inventory counts, handheld scanners, team collaboration. Productivity‑based wage increases up to $5.00 in first 6 months.
Responsibilities- Count and record inventory with precision.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
- Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals; earn productivity‑based wage increases.

- Represent the company positively in a safe and inclusive environment.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiers, sales, driver, warehouse work preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
- Comfort learning handheld scanners or count tools.
- Strong focus and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- No degree required.
- Returning to workforce or no prior experience welcome.
- Military experience encouraged.
