GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Starbucks) (T1115) role at Target.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests to solve their specific needs.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking and packing orders or delivering pickup orders to guests).
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and set up or maintain promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Change prices, set up merchandise, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow processes as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about resources, products, and services available in the store to solve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards as needed.
• Remain flexible to support business needs and assist with other duties as required.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Strong training will be provided; however, candidates should have a welcoming attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to handle cash operations, scan technology, and multi-step processes with attention to detail.
