Store Sales Associate - Shenandoah, TX

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

This position is for a Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours (Overtime and weekends as needed).

Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
Saturday: 8am – 12pm
Sunday:
Closed

• Connecting with customers and making product recommendations.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learn about PPC Brands and how to help in a store.
• Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Tinting and color matching customer requirements.
• Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Support general store operations as needed.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued in the state where the position is based and a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
