Bartender - Houston

Job Overview

As a Bartender, you will consistently prepare high‐quality drinks quickly while maintaining a clean, safe work area in a fast‑paced environment and delivering superior guest service.

• Greet guests professionally and verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of bar and menu items and make appropriate recommendations.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders on the bar and lounge area within established time frames.
• Use suggestive selling techniques and ensure alcohol is consumed only in designated areas.
• Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels and assist in ordering all liquor and bar supplies.
• Conduct inventory of all liquor and bar related supplies.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full‑service bar.
• Strong knowledge of alcohol mixology, drink menus and classic cocktail preparation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and obtain any necessary alcohol service licensing requirements.
• Ability to stand on feet for an extended period of time.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills with accurate math and cash handling skills.
