Key Responsibilities - Travel Nurse
Provide comprehensive care to postpartum mothers and healthy newborns
Monitor vital signs, manage pain, support breastfeeding, and educate families
Recognize and respond to potential complications in mother or baby
Collaborate with OB team, nursery staff, and lactation consultants
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with facility protocols
Support and educate families on postnatal care and newborn development

Requirements - Travel Nurse
Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)
BLS and NRP certifications required
Minimum 1-2 years of recent Mother/Baby or Postpartum experience
Strong communication, patient education, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, supportive team environment
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a travel assignment
