Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and reliable Travel Registered Nurse for a 13-week Rehabilitation assignment in Conroe, Texas. This day shift position offers a weekly total of $1,500 and provides the opportunity to join a patient-focused rehab team, helping individuals regain independence while receiving full traveler support.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse
Deliver skilled nursing care to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury
Assist patients with mobility, self-care, and rehabilitation exercises
Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and care teams
Monitor progress and update care plans based on patient response
Educate patients and families on home care and recovery expectations
Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with facility protocols

Requirements of the Travel Nurse
Active RN license (Texas or Compact State)
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 1-2 years' recent inpatient rehab or med-surg experience
Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and team collaboration skills
Passion for supporting patients through long-term recovery
