Role Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a full-time role at our Conroe, TX location. As a key member of our team, the Nurse Practitioner will provide expert care to patients with infectious diseases. Primary responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, managing patient care, performing diagnostic tests, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This is an on-site position requiring in-person engagement with patients and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations
• Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, evidence-based clinical practices, and treatment protocols
• Skills in developing and implementing patient care and treatment plans
• Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams and providing patient education
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Active Nurse Practitioner license and certifications relevant to infectious diseases
• Previous experience in an infectious disease or related medical specialty is a plus
• Master’s degree in Nursing or equivalent advanced practice field
