Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Conroe, TX and surrounding areas.

Pay Range

$25-$37/hr

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New grads welcome, training provided!)
• Provide care in a client home setting
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression

Job Duties

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.
