What Do We Do Here?Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.),
and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
- Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing processes
- Complete Project Management for new manufacturing equipment and processes
- Development and maintain manufacturing work instructions
- Analyze costs associated with production and processes
- Monitor manufacturing operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards
- Provide technical and hands on support to manufacturing shop as needed
- Other reasonable job duties as assigned
- B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- 3-8 years of Mechanical Engineering Experience
- Any shop or hands on experience required
