Excellent opportunity for a leader with plant management experience. This role is with a long standing manufacturing business that is growing and is a leader in its industry globally.

To $165K, DOE

• Responsible for planning, managing, and directing all manufacturing, plant engineering, customer service, and materials management functions at the high-volume automation plant
• Accountable for meeting plant, division, and corporate goals and objectives in alignment with established policies and procedures
• Ensure safe and efficient operations across all functional areas
• Satisfy customer requirements while maintaining profitability
• Automate system optimization by overseeing continuous improvement including robotics to enhance production and efficiencies
• Lead cross-functional teams in a high-volume automation system that align with production goals
• Drive operation efficiencies by minimizing downtime and streamline processes where needed
• Provide leadership to plan, schedule and organize all staff manufacturing
• Accountable for profitability of the plant
• Maintain good safety standards for the plant

• Bilingual candidate highly preferred
• 10+ years of experience in plant operations including materials management
• 3+ years of plant management over operations of a plant
• Experience in a high volume automated plant is preferred
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Materials Management
• MBA is preferred, Six Sigma or Lean Process experience preferred
• Must be onsite everyday in Conroe, Texas
