The Requirement Checklist

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (minimum 8 hours per shift)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, and lifting
• Comfortable working in a shop/manufacturing environment

How You'll Make an Impact

• Assemble, repair, test, and package precision electro-mechanical equipment, including gas meters, pumps, actuators, and test equipment, using schematics and written/verbal instructions
• Identify assembly issues and generate Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMRs) as needed
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to troubleshoot problems and implement process improvements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ISO 9001 quality standards, including audit preparation
• Provide daily/weekly project status updates within the work group
• Assist with streamlining assembly and integration processes to improve efficiency and quality
