Vessel Fitter

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vessel Fitter, located in Conroe, TX. The Vessel Fitter will be responsible for fitting and assembling components to construct pressure vessels, tanks, and other metal structures according to specifications. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints or technical drawings, preparing and aligning materials, operating necessary tools and equipment, and performing quality checks on finished products.

Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures is a critical component of this role.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Skilled in metal cutting, welding, fitting, and assembling techniques
• Strong understanding of measurement tools and mechanical systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations, procedures, and practices in a fabrication or workshop environment
• Experience with operating equipment such as drills, grinders, and other hand tools
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance checks
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Previous experience as a Vessel Fitter or in a fabrication-oriented role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding or a related field is a plus
