Machine Operator​/Production

Manufacturing Associate - $15/hr

A local candy manufacturer in Conroe, TX is seeking Manufacturing Associates to support daily candy production and packaging operations. This is a permanent position in a fast-paced, food-manufacturing environment. This role focuses on hands-on production. Interested candidates, please send updated resumes to:

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM
• May require occasional overtime during peak production periods

Responsibilities:

• Operate candy production and packaging equipment

• Assist with candy mixing, forming, and packaging

• Load, unload, and monitor production machinery

• Inspect products for quality and consistency

• Package finished products according to company standards

• Label, seal, and prepare products for shipment

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area

• Follow all food safety, quality, and safety guidelines

• Assist with raw material handling and staging

• Perform basic equipment cleaning and upkeep

• Support production team with daily workflow needs

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic computer skills (helpful but not required)

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• Ability to stand for long periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
