Production Supervisor – 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Alternating weekends and holidays)

Join our fast‑paced manufacturing team! Texas Tissue Converting is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead night‑shift operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide production teams.
• Enforce safety and company standards.
• Manage workflow, schedules, and training.
• Monitor output and drive improvements.
• Foster and grow the company culture of teamwork, respect and continual improvement.
• Support company’s certifications and outside agency requirements such as ISO 9001, HACCP, Food Safety, and customer system requirements.
• Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in manufacturing; supervisory experience required.
• Paper or food industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High‑school diploma required; technical degree a plus.
• Physically able to meet job demands.
• Able to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends and potential holidays.

Work hours:

6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (alternating weekends and holidays). Relocation assistance/training available.
