The Lead Maintenance Technician oversees and directs the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of all property maintenance processes, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. This role is responsible for the successful execution of the make-ready process in alignment with the property’s operational goals.
EPA (Required)
Must be certified under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act to handle refrigerants and perform HVAC service, repairs, and system replacements. Certification must be current and valid.
