PARS Therapy is actively seeking a compassionate and motivated Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team in The Woodlands, TX

- Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment to patients in their homes under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence and daily living skills
- Support patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, or chronic conditions
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, safety, and adaptive strategies
- Accurately document visits, progress, and outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Texas.
- Experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the principles and practices of occupational therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with patients and their families.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home health environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
