Urgently hiring for a caregiver to assist a client in Conroe, TX (77385).

Location: Greater West Houston (Current Need: Conroe, TX 77385)

December 2025

• Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance to elderly clients, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care

• Provide specialized support and companionship for clients with dementia

• Offer full care assistance, ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity at all times

• Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor

• Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities

• Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean, healthy environment

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best quality of care

• Prior experience working as a caregiver

• Experience providing dementia care (required or strongly preferred)

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal, but not required

• Ability to pass a background check and reference check

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy, patience, and compassion toward elderly clients

• Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed
