The Office Manager coordinates office operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal, & local regulations while overseeing administrative tasks such as personnel management, medical records, payroll, and clerical duties. They assist with billing, handle communications, and support the agency's mission and patient safety. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills are required, with the position based at the branch office.
Qualifications- 2 years of office management and human resource experience at a Home Health company
- Experience in Paycom highly preferred
- Experience with Homecare Homebase highly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, & computer skills are required
- Reliable transportation
- Responsible to manage all office functions and processes including clerical, personnel, medical records, office machines and payroll
- Assists in the billing process and financial functions as needed
- Oversees Agency communications including pagers, telephones, mail and tracking of physician orders
- Promotes compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Stays current with changes in home health regulations
- Promotes Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to customers
- Responsible for assuring patient/resident safety
- Performs other duties as required
