The Restaurant Checker is one of the key contact points for our guests’ experience. This role is responsible for providing enthusiastic and friendly customer service, generating sales, performing housekeeping, operating the cash register (POS), and ensuring accurate cash handling. Must be able to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.

Required certification:
Food Handler Card or its equivalent.

• Read and write Spanish and English; interact with the general public and co‑workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information one‑on‑one or in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lb, frequently up to 45 lb, and occasionally up to 60 lb.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.
