At Conroe, TX, you will support the full product lifecycle for engineered‑to‑order filtration products, serving as a technical subject‑matter expert and a key partner to Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations. This position plays a critical role in product development, application support, and customer solutions while ensuring alignment with business, quality, and regulatory requirements.

• Determine materials of construction and product configurations based on customer requirements, cost targets, and profitability.
• Serve as the technical subject‑matter expert for assigned product families, supporting internal teams, sales partners, and customers.
• Support RFQs and new product concepts by identifying optimal technical solutions for customer applications.
• Contribute to new product development through research, Voice of the Customer (VOC) activities, and specification development.
• Direct modifications to existing product designs and support product rationalization initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Application Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support product launches and commercialization efforts in partnership with Product Management.
• Maintain accuracy of product documentation, including Installation/Operation Guides, Performance Data Sheets, labels, and BOM data.
• Communicate product changes to customers and provide collateral support for product literature, launch kits, competitive alerts, sales communications, and product training.
• Monitor competitive products and market activity to help strengthen competitive positioning.
• Provide technical support to Operations, Quality, and Regulatory teams, including manufacturing support, customer issue resolution, and recertification activities.
• Participate in corrective action teams as needed to resolve product or quality issues.

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
• 5–8 years of product, technical, or engineering experience in a manufacturing or engineered products environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to support complex products and applications.
• Experience working on cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and JDE or SAP.

For this full‑time position, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71,000 to $131,800 per year. The exact compensation will be determined by experience, education, and other factors.
