Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Engineering Project Coordinator. The Engineering Project Coordinator plays a key role in facilitating the successful execution of engineering projects within the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring effective communication among engineering team members, managing and overseeing the documentation process, and handling document revision.
Responsibilities- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and engineering milestones.
- Evaluate project schedule and confirm engineering deliverables.
- Assist engineers in drafting project BOMs.
- Facilitate communication among engineering team members, project managers, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist engineering with a schedule.
- Serve as a liaison between project teams and departments.
- Establish and maintain a document control system to manage all project‑related documents.
- Ensure proper naming, numbering, and version control of documents.
- Ensure documents are consistent with engineering standards.
- Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
- Distribute documents to relevant parties as per the established distribution matrix.
- Monitor and track the distribution of documents to ensure timely receipt by stakeholders.
- Manage documentation of revisions and updates, ensuring that the latest versions are available and obsolete versions are archived or removed.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external clients to implement changes and updates to documents.
- Ensure that all documents comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizational policies.
- Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as IECC, IBC, NEC, UL, IEC, and IEEE.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe.
- Experience with a Visual‑ERP system (plus).
- Detail‑oriented and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with a Visual‑ERP system.
