Job Summary

Panelmaticis seeking a detail-oriented experienced Engineering Project Coordinator. The Engineering Project Coordinator plays a key role infacilitatingthe successful execution of engineering projects within the organization. Their responsibilities involve coordinating various aspects of projects, ensuring effective communication among engineering team members, managing, and overseeing the documentation process, and documentrevision.

The key operation of this role requires cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, project managers, and clients to ensure the successful delivery ofengineereddesigns which meet project specifications and industrialrequirements.

Job Duties
  • Assistin the development of project plans, timelines, and engineeringmilestones.
  • Evaluate project schedule and confirm engineering deliverables!
  • Assist Engineers in drafting project

    BOM.
  • Facilitate communication among engineering team members, project managers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Assist Engineering witha schedule.
  • Serve as a liaison between projectteamsanddepartments.
  • Establish andmaintaina document control system to manage all project-relateddocuments.
  • Ensure the proper naming, numbering, and version control ofdocuments.
  • Ensure documents are consistent with engineering standards.
  • Organize and categorize documents for easyretrieval.
  • Distribute documents to relevant parties as per the established distribution matrix.
  • Monitor and track the distribution of documents to ensuretimelyreceipt by stakeholders.
  • Managedocumentation ofrevisions and updates, ensuring that the latest versions are available,and obsolete versionsare archivedorremoved.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external clients to implement changes and updates to documents.
  • Ensure that all documentscomply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and organizationalpolicies.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify document accuracy and completeness.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as IECC, IBC, NEC, UL, IEC, and IEEErequired.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobeisrequired.
  • Experience with a Visual-ERP system is a plusrequired.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyrequired.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teamsis required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skillsarerequired.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A bachelor’sdegree in a relevant fieldispreferred.
  • Experience with a Visual-ERP system preferred.
