• Provide direct patient care including assessments, monitoring, and documentation

• Review clinical data and evaluate patient symptoms and progress

• Develop and implement nursing care plans within state scope of practice and provider orders

• Administer medications in accordance with nursing standards and correctional guidelines

• Coordinate care with providers and support continuity of treatment plans

• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies using sound clinical judgment

• Perform physical assessments and maintain accurate medical records
