Our client, a leading organization in the technology and procurement sector, is seeking a Procurement Specialist 3 to join their team. As a Procurement Specialist 3, you will be part of the procurement department supporting strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range
What s the Job?- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and define category strategies, plans, and processes for sourcing goods and services.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business drivers and their impact on procurement strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes, and best practices.
- Manage key sourcing activities for business projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets with appropriate risk management.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with strategic suppliers and identify potential new partners.
- Bachelor s Degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of procurement techniques and supply chain management.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions effectively.
