We’re looking for a highly organized, people-friendly
Front Office Manager
to manage day-to-day office administration and serve as a key communication hub for the business. This role requires someone who can
multitask, shift priorities quickly, and communicate clearly
with both internal team members and external contacts.
- Manage daily office administration and front desk operations
- Handle
order status and inventory tracking
, primarily through
phone-based communication
(not online portals) - Make and receive phone calls to check order status, follow up with vendors, and coordinate information
- Maintain accurate records related to orders, inventory, and office operations
- Use
Quick Books
for basic accounting tasks, record-keeping, and financial tracking - Draft and edit written communications, documents, and internal notes
- Serve as a central point of contact for multiple team members, responding to requests and questions throughout the day
- Support general office needs and assist leadership with administrative tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills - Strong working knowledge of Quick Books
- Strong
writing and grammar skills - Comfortable making frequent phone calls and communicating with vendors and partners
- Proven ability to
multitask and switch priorities quickly
in a fast-paced environment - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Professional, friendly, and confident working with people
- Familiarity with
Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office products - Basic knowledge of AI tools
(e.g., using AI to assist with writing, organization, or efficiency) - Prior experience in an office administration or front office role
