Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, people-friendly
Front Office Manager
to manage day-to-day office administration and serve as a key communication hub for the business. This role requires someone who can
multitask, shift priorities quickly, and communicate clearly
with both internal team members and external contacts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office administration and front desk operations
  • Handle
    order status and inventory tracking
    , primarily through
    phone-based communication
    (not online portals)
  • Make and receive phone calls to check order status, follow up with vendors, and coordinate information
  • Maintain accurate records related to orders, inventory, and office operations
  • Use
    Quick Books
    for basic accounting tasks, record-keeping, and financial tracking
  • Draft and edit written communications, documents, and internal notes
  • Serve as a central point of contact for multiple team members, responding to requests and questions throughout the day
  • Support general office needs and assist leadership with administrative tasks as needed
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Quick Books
  • Strong
    writing and grammar skills
  • Comfortable making frequent phone calls and communicating with vendors and partners
  • Proven ability to
    multitask and switch priorities quickly
    in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Professional, friendly, and confident working with people
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with
    Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office products
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools
    (e.g., using AI to assist with writing, organization, or efficiency)
  • Prior experience in an office administration or front office role
