Licensed Therapist - Connersville Office

Reid Health is seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Licensed Therapist to join our Behavioral Health team in Connersville. This individual will provide counseling to individuals and families across the life span.

• Full-time hospital employed position
• Team: 16 providers; 5 physicians

  8am - 5:30pm

• Base salary and sign‑on bonus, also qualifying for the PSLF

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent from an accredited school
• One year of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting preferred
• Must be licensed to practice in Indiana as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCAC, or LSW
• BLS certification may be required. Specialty practice certifications in areas of practice expertise are also encouraged
• Must have the ability to work cooperatively with all staff, physicians, and departments; committed to patient satisfaction and patient safety; ability to be approved by Professional Liability Insurance; participation in individual or group clinical supervision may be required
