Justice Works is seeking an At-Risk Youth Intervention Specialist. The At-Risk Youth Intervention Specialist will be responsible for providing community-based assistance to at-risk youth and their families. This specialist will work closely with child welfare agencies to identify and support youth and their families who are at risk of out of home placement. This specialist will provide individualized support to youth and their families to ensure all needs of the family are met.

Responsibilities- Work with families to address challenges, improve communication, and strengthen relationships.
- Regularly meet with youth and their families in their home or school settings to assess progress and provide support.
- Develop and implement personalized intervention plans to address barriers such as school challenges, legal issues, family conflict, and substance abuse.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle as necessary.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
