Overview

Sign-On/Retention Bonus: $7,500 for qualified LPN candidates. AS A LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) or MEDICAL ASSISTANT (MA), you will support the physician or mid-level provider with assisting in development, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the office. You will coordinate care with other services or outside health care providers. The LPN will serve as a liaison between the physician, the mid-level provider and all other health care providers.

Responsibilities include supporting the physician or mid-level provider in developing, implementing and evaluating patient care in the office and coordinating care with other services or outside health care providers; acting as a liaison between the physician, mid-level provider and other health care providers.

• Completion of a Practical Nursing Program or Medical Assistant degree required
• Current LPN or MA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required
• Knowledge in regulatory requirements of third party payors such as Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Shield preferred
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association within the first year of hire required
• Two years of office experience preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications preferred
