This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a small non-profit located in Connellsville, PA. The LPN will provide clinical oversight to approximately 20 persons. The role requires working closely with direct support staff and medical professionals to support treatment plans and provide high-quality care.

• Strong skills in patient care management and oversight of Quick Mar.
• Proficiency in checking and monitoring patients' vital signs monthly or as needed.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and medical records for HRST.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills within a residential setting.
• State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and CPR Trainer Certification (Agency will assist)
• Ability to follow medical and organizational protocols accurately
• ODP Train the Agency Trainer Medication Certification (Agency will assist)
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
