** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure safe, efficient production
* Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
* Adjust equipment settings to maintain product quality and meet production goals
* Communicate with team members to coordinate material flow and resolve issues
* Follow all safety procedures to support a safe working environment#
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate and troubleshoot crushing and screening equipment
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality materials
* Capability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs and priorities
* Comfort working in a physically active role with heavy industrial equipment#
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing#
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level#
** What We Offer*** $28.76 per hour
